This year, the team around Denizet Immobiliere made our dream come true and supported us to buy a holiday home in Croatia. We live in Austria and had absolutely no experience of what would be needed to buy a house in Croatia, but the team made it extremely easy for us and took care of all possible things. Professional service was covered by the contract, registrations, translations, general instructions on local specialties, coordination with the authorities and the seller, … – they were experts in all this. And apart from the professional support, the whole team was absolutely pleasant to work with. From the beginning, we have had a relationship of trust and can only recommend them to everyone – especially people who do not have local experience in such a buying process as we do. ONCE AGAIN thank you especially Tonka Denizet, it has been a great pleasure to work with you and without any doubt we will return to you whenever you want.
