As foreigners, it was important for us that Tonka speaks several languages (English, French) excellently. But the most important thing is that she is a very reliable, fair and credible real estate professional. We could and can count on her for everything even after we made the sale and purchase contract. She took care of us all the way. She helped with the administration, provided information and searched for the required craftsmen, and even came with them so that there would be no language problems. If we were to sell the apartment at any time, we would only entrust her and the Denizet d.o.o with the arrangement.
